1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PixPilot is an AI-powered portrait generation service that transforms your photos into themed artistic portraits. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create unique images based on your uploaded photos.
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account to use certain features of the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
4. Credits and Payments
- Free users receive 3 complimentary portrait generations
- Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
- Credits are non-refundable once used for generation
- Unused credits expire 60 days after purchase (credits roll over within this period)
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload photos of minors without parental consent
- Upload photos of others without their permission
- Use the Service to create inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI models
- Use automated tools to access the Service
- Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without permission
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of photos you upload
- You grant us a license to process your photos for the Service
- Generated portraits are owned by you for personal use
- The PixPilot brand, design, and AI models remain our property
7. AI-Generated Content
Please understand that AI-generated images may not always be perfect. Results can vary based on input photo quality and AI model performance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and the Service is provided "as is."
8. Refund Policy
- Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase for unused credits
- Credits used for generation are non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
